Every client receives a custom strategy tailored to their business, market, and goals. We do not use one-size-fits-all templates. Service scope and deliverables are agreed upon before work begins.
Working Together
Pricing
Our standard pricing is a one-time setup fee plus a monthly retainer. Exact pricing is discussed during your strategy call and documented in your service agreement. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Month-to-Month
All client engagements are month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts. Either party can end the engagement with 30 days written notice. We earn your business every month through results.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to accounts, approving content, responding to communications, and ensuring their business information is accurate. Delays in client responses may affect project timelines.
Legal
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials created by LocalLoopAI remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, deliverables created for your business are yours to keep.
Limitation of Liability
LocalLoopAI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 3 months.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
